When is E3 may I ask?

is it alright if I inquire about the date of E3 and what will go down? I dont know much about it, and dont get how it all works here at gamespot. I'd really like to get the E3 emblem (as well as the TGS one) and to read about what Nintendo has in store for us (next zelda too much to hope for?) as well as some rather quirky new Wii colorsso could I get some info on the subject and um.... yeah, and help would be appreciated.When is E3 may I ask?
