Rock Band vs. Guitar Hero 4 wonderings.. ...

I'm a big fan of both the games, really... but I have a problem.Seeing as both the games are near 169 dollars, I'm going to probably have to decide between one of them.I really love what Rock Band's doing, but I know Guitar Hero 4 is so much better.Problem? I would buy both, but I don't know if Rock Band's drums or other periperals will be compatible with Guitar Hero 4.I really don't want 2 drumsets and 3-4 guitars laying around. I'd rather just have 1 set.Other problem is... Rock Band comes out in a few days, meaning I'd be tortured not to have it while waiting for GH4.So, what do you think? Rock Band equipment won't work with GH4. Wait for GH4 because it will be much better. You'll regret it if you buy Rockband now. Get GH3 and GH:Aerosmith now to hold you over until GH4 releases.Rock Band vs. Guitar Hero 4 wonderings.. ...

Rock band does not have a 4 track midi sequencer for doing your own tracks. Rock band doesn't have 100% master tracks. Rock band's drums aren't modeled after a true digital kit. Rock Band's guitar feels very mushy in comparison with Guitar Hero.
The thing I've been holding out for is DLC. Guitar Hero 4 has it, Rock Band doesn't.No Brainer wait for Guitar Hero 4.

get guitar hero 4 man, rock band is loads of fun but at this point i think youll probably regret it if you get rock band right now

Wait for GH4. GH will not allow any of the RB peripherals to work (except maybe the mic). The GH drums have 5 pads (and a petal) - legit reason. The new GH guitar might have a 'slider' feature, which I'm sure would change the experience a bit. If you can only afford one, and you only own a Wii, save up for GH4 and pick up something else to keep your mind off of it for the next 6 months.
