Is Boom Blox really that awesome?

Here is an article explaining how analysts have been greatly disappointed by the sales of Boom Blox. Apparently one analysts thought it'd sell 250k units in the month of May alone (it only sold 60k).So, if Boom Blox really that great that they'd think it would sell so much? I mean, it doesn't seem worth $50 to me.Is Boom Blox really that awesome?
Yes it is awesome. Don't even question it, buy it.

Although some people might feel it doesnt offer enough for $49.99. It has around 300 puzzles in single player story mode, but then you have explore mode to finish and challange mode. Along with that you can do multiplayer games, which are plentiful and create mode where you can send people your levels. It's a shame it's not getting the recognition it deserves. Best third party Wii game out there imo. Is Boom Blox really that awesome?
Bought the game on Sunday. Since then, two o fmy friends ahve gone out and purchased it after playing it at my place.EA should recognize this game is quality and will realy benefit from word of mouth. They should have gotten ready for the long haul and not expected 250k in the first week.I predict once MK and SSBB grow tiring, many people will give this a try and love it.
I'll buy it once it drops to $29.99

It were the analysts saying it really underwhelmed in terms of sales. I have a feeling that it will have strong legs and sell consistently for the next few months. Hopefully it can reach 500k at least.I have a $50 gift card, and am thinking of using it on Boom Blox. I'm just not sure its worth $50. If it were $40 I wouldn't hesitate so much.
I bought the game for my girlfriend a while back but I play it far more often. i think the puzzles are brilliant and haven't even played with the toolset to build my own. it's very fun but I think a better price point would be 39.99.

Or maybe EA could have marketed it. I mean, it's Steven Spielburg!!! If they marketed his name with the game, it could have sold A LOT more.
It's good. Great use of wiimote.
Yeah, it's a lot of fun. The level editor is really awesome.
I thought this game sucked because Gamespot gave it a low score... They were totally WRONG about this game!!I only gave it a try from word of mouth.. It's a kind of gaming experience that makes me glad I bought a Wii since it's utilized well and tons of fun.
THe game is tootally worth $50. It is one of my favorite games on the Wii. One of the most underated games on the Wii. Dont listen to Gamespot's review. The guy does not know what he is talking about and has no physics knowledge.

It's a good game, it defiantly is hard to just sit there and play by yourself for long periods of time.
im going to rent it.
I'm going to buy it when I get paid, I can't wait!
Don't buy it! It got a 7.0 from GS! Rawr! /sarcasm...that means a lot. I haven't played it. I heard it's amazing.
Rent it first if you're worried about it.
Sounds like I need to pick thi little gem up. And you can't always listen to Gamespot's reviews.
No, it's not that awesome. It's more than that awesome.Unfortunatey, I can't afford to buy every game that I'd like to, so I don't have my own copy.
Ok, I'll buy it.
