what was the new Wii ver 3.3 for

i download it to day but what was it forwhat was the new Wii ver 3.3 for
*shrugs* Nintendo probably need the update to help run some upcoming game??? Or they could have updated just for funnyswhat was the new Wii ver 3.3 for
It tells you in the message on your Wii Messageboard. Something about allowing Miis to be transferred between various channels (Check Mii Out, Mii Channel, and something else). Nothing very exciting.
that suck
It disabled the free loader as well, didn't it?
It was to block the freeloader and twilight hack. The actual update itself was pathetic.
What's the twilight hack again? (sry for ignorance)
The message I got from Nintendo on my Wii said you could transfer Miis from your Mii Channel to the Mii Parade so if you wanted more than 100 Miis, you can store some in the Mii parade because the Mii CHannel only holds 100. However putting a Mii in the Mii parade would clear all It's saved data on any games that use Miis. (Wii Sports, WarioWare, Mario Kart Wii)
mainly to blovk the hack....and get many people excited for an update when it didnt fo anything. i have seen no change for me at least
It disabled the free loader as well, didn't it?
Yeah it did, probably to coincide with the release of Brawl coming up in europe in a week or 2. Looks like i wont be updating my Wii!
What's the twilight hack again? (sry for ignorance)
its an exploit that uses a a modified TP save file and a lengthy horse name to allow for the running of hacked files from SD. The update is an atempt at stopping this. If you read the message from nintendo it talks about hacked save files
It also had an update to the Nintendo Channel that offers a forum for peer review of Wii titles.
It makes using a freeloader impossible.
It lets you move Mii's from the Mii lobby into the Mii Parade. A small addition, but combined with the Nintendo Channel update, it's a decent update overall.
It also had an update to the Nintendo Channel that offers a forum for peer review of Wii titles.
that was an update to the nintendo chan service that did not require wii update
I didn't update yet.
It disabled the free loader as well, didn't it?
Yup, it did that also. I forgot that, thanks.
Mostly to block the Freeloader :| Im so disappointed at Nintendo. I cant even go on the Shop Channel without updating right?
