PoP: Rival Swords (help please) Arena Bo ...

this should go into the PoP: Rival Swords board, I know....but that board is dead.but how in the heck do you beat the giant in the arena area?I make it to the top, start the speed kill when the screen makes the halo, and I latch onto his back. It won't let me do anything else though. It looks like the prince is about to stab his head, but the giant always grabs me and I get a message ''you're timing was off, try again.''I've tried over, over, and over again...and still it doesn't let me do anything. It seems to me my timing is correctly done, because it actually lets me climb onto the giant. If done correctly, is the prince supposed to just stab the giant's eye when the speed kill is started? or does he actually climb on his back, and go from there? Thanks for the help. Since this doesn't belong here, you can PM me if wanted. PoP: Rival Swords (help please) Arena Bo ...
Well i dont have the Wii version but I remember from the PS2 version that there was a glitch there that didnt register the speed kill all the time, you would have to sort of do it yourself. Maybe that isnt in the Wii version but if I remember correctly there were two spped kills when your on top, one that fights off his hand and the second to actually stab the eye. Sorry I couldnt be more help.PoP: Rival Swords (help please) Arena Bo ...
alright thanks man. Appreciate it.I must be swinging the controls too soon or something.
Is this game any good? I LOVED Sands of Time, and is still one of my favorite games today, but hows rival swords? PoP got all darkish in the second one, which i hated.

I think the game is pretty sweet so far. Would've been nice to have a grfx boost, but they're alright imo. I'm not sure about Sands of Time, but Rivals seems to be way more linear than Warrior Within'. Not really complaining, but it just surprised me.I loved PoP:WW how it was dark and all. The only thing I hated about that game was the map was useless.
