My Life as a King Help

just started playing my life as a king, and im abit confused, how on earth do i create intercity behests? the moogle just says press the town icon with your cursor.... dont really get what the town icon is or with what cursor :S Really wanted to make that park :P My Life as a King Help
To make new types of building, you must first clear the appropriate dungeons. To change jobs, you must create a behest once you have build the new building (ex: White Mage Academy), to get the new building, you must clear the appropriate dungeon.
