RE4: Wii Edition is pretty fun, Boom Blox is definitely worth it as well, The House of the Dead 2 %26 3 is another great purchase, No More Heroes is another good one, The Godfather was a blast on the Wii, I've heard alot of good things about Okami, Battalion Wars II was more than worth it, Zak and Wiki is a must have too. Those are all that readily jump to mind at the moment and then there's also all the major Nintendo games as well plus a slew of very good looking games coming up here soon in the near future.
Also try Blast Works and get like a 2000 Wii Points card, so you can download Wii Ware / VC games as well.
