Anyone know how to play binary files?

I ask this here and not in the tech forums because it's Wii related. I wanted to save a replay from Brawl onto my computer and possibly use part of the clip as my signature. Has anyone already had to do this?Anyone know how to play binary files?
To my knowledge, that isn't possible, unless there's a decoder out there for binary files. Anyone know how to play binary files?

No, you can't decode them... the replay only saves when the buttons were pressed and essentially replays the game. One time I saved a replay were I won the game on sudden death, then I went to go see it and it showed me falling off the edge, which I didn't do. After that happened the other two players stood still (cause I had already killed them and there was no button imput) and then time sped up or something... it was weird.
